Position Summary:

The primary objective of the Visual Merchandising Coordinator is to support the Visual Merchandising Specialist in enhancing the visual presentation across all retail environments in the designated markets. This role is crucial for driving sales and achieving strategic goals within our boutiques and specialty channels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of the International Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring that all displays and seasonal campaigns align with brand standards.
  • Maintain consistency in visual merchandising across all locations while honoring the unique characteristics of each boutique.
  • Oversee the ordering and distribution of display materials in accordance with product launches and budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely delivery of visual merchandising materials.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders involved in the installation and logistics processes.
  • Work with local suppliers for the production of displays and promotional materials.
  • Provide regular updates and visual reports to the Visual Merchandising Specialist and the International team, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Assist in budget tracking and management.

Geographical Scope:

This role encompasses the LAC & Brazil regions across all product lines, excluding specific markets.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Interior Design, Architecture, or Fashion.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in visual merchandising or decoration for premium or luxury brands.
  • Strong affinity for the luxury and fashion industries, along with knowledge of retail and wholesale distribution channels.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% within the designated regions.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Digital skills and interest in emerging trends are advantageous.
