Manage the company’s 13-week and 52-week cash flow models Identify and assess financial risks that could impact the company's operations, and develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to anticipate potential financial risks and opportunities. Capital Structure and Financing: Assist in determining the company's capital structure, including the mix of equity, debt, and other financing options. Assist in raising debt, equity or other capital when required Ad-Hoc Financial Analyses and Special Projects: Prepare and present financial reports, analysis, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards. Support investor relations efforts with analyses and presentations. Develop and prepare board and management team presentations. Education, Experience, & Training Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related analytical field, Preferred 3+ years of experience in a related Corporate Development, investment banking or commercial lending role Proven experience in corporate finance, treasury management, or related financial roles. Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management. Familiarity with merger and acquisition processes and deal structures. Proficiency in financial and presentation software and tools. Strong communication and presentation skills.
