This role ensures that the organization's total rewards strategy supports its business objectives, attracts and retains top talent, and remains competitive within the manufacturing industry. The Director will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation structures, benefits plans, and wellness programs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a total rewards strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market trends. Oversee the design and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and executive compensation. Manage benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting compensation and benefits. Conduct regular market analyses to maintain competitive positioning. Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to address compensation and benefits issues. Lead a team of compensation and benefits professionals, providing guidance and professional development. Develop communication strategies to inform employees about total rewards programs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs, making adjustments as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
