DescriptionJob Description Overview: The candidate will be a dynamic individual contributor with experience in the gaming segment driving the marketing efforts for ASUS NUC globally. This role will play a pivotal part in developing and executing the gaming marketing activations to elevate brand visibility, increase market share, and drive sales growth for ASUS NUC products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote ASUS NUC products across different regions and customer segmentsCollaborate closely with product management, sales teams, and channel partners to develop effective go-to-market strategiesEffectively translate product specs and features to benefits for a variety of customers and end consumersManage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for their productsOwn the creation of marketing collateral, including product presentations, sales tools, website content, and promotional materialsMonitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, KPI's) to optimize campaigns and achieve business objectivesPlan and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated strategically across different marking channels and campaignsMaintain good attendance and punctualityKnowledge and Skills: Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is requiredGood understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media platformsAbility to think strategically and execute tactically, with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishRequired Qualifications: Years of Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldWork Experience:Proven (2+ years) experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role within the technology sector, preferably with experience in PC hardware or consumer electronicsProven excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisionsProven Creative Thinker with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and best practicesPreferred Qualifications:MBA PreferredSkills with creative Powerpoint presentation developmentSkills with Adobe suite of productsWorking Conditions:Office Only: Typically works in an office environmentRequires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 15 poundsOccasional travel may be required- approx. 10% international and domestic travel.ASUS is an equal employment opportunity employer.
