Maintains the general ledger for the fund, REIT and other related entities. Prepares monthly account reconciliations and work papers to assist in managing the business. Responsible for cash at the fund level including monitoring of balances, wire preparation/review and monthly reconciliations. Calculates and process management fees and reimbursable expenses; reconcile all intercompany accounts. Prepares line of credit draws and quarterly lender reporting. Prepares investor capital call and distribution notices. Prepares quarterly reviews for investors. Prepares annual audited financial statements for the fund. Prepares quarterly fair value (investment company) accounting for real estate and debt and dividend income. Prepares quarterly investor capital statements and monthly/quarterly NAV statements.
