Role Summary: The Senior Finance Associate plays a pivotal role in the Finance Department, undertaking a variety of accounting and administrative responsibilities. This position involves overseeing cash management, processing invoices, collaborating on corporate and sales tax issues with CPA, and liaising with the parent organization in South Korea for key financial activities.
Key Duties:
- Oversee the preparation of cash disbursements, manage cash receipts, and facilitate payment processing.
- Administer bill entries, invoicing, and monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Collaborate with CPA and headquarters finance team on corporate tax and sales tax matters.
- Execute routine accounting and administrative functions, including closing books, ledger management, and financial analysis.
- Support the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.
- Maintain ongoing communication and reporting with the parent company in South Korea.
- Ensure adherence to accounting regulations and remain informed about new legislative changes.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience within an accounting team.
- Proficient in preparing financial statements, managing invoicing, and handling tax matters.
- Strong capabilities in cash management and payment processing.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a multinational corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Korean is advantageous.
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP software.
- Utilization of NetSuite ERP system for diverse accounting functions.
