Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Associate of Financial Reporting to join our team, specializing in the Real Estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Ledger Management: Oversee the general ledger for various entities including funds and REITs.
  • Account Reconciliation: Prepare monthly reconciliations and work papers to support business operations.
  • Cash Management: Manage cash at the fund level, including monitoring balances and preparing/reviewing wire transfers.
  • Fee Calculations: Calculate and process management fees and reimbursable expenses, ensuring intercompany accounts are reconciled.
  • Lender Reporting: Prepare line of credit draws and quarterly reports for lenders.
  • Investor Communications: Draft capital call and distribution notices for investors.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare annual audited financial statements for the fund.
  • Investment Accounting: Conduct quarterly fair value accounting for real estate, debt, and dividend income.
  • NAV Statements: Prepare quarterly investor capital statements and monthly/quarterly NAV statements.
