Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to work with the marketing and sales teams in qualifying and generating sales leads and creating discovery opportunities.
Through a combination of inbound and outbound marketing efforts, the lead development representative performs lead prospecting efforts to generate MQL and SQL leads. The BDR is an important component of the sales and marketing process, playing a critical role in qualifying leads, setting discovery appointments and transitioning leads to Account Executives to maximize deal opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
Contact inbound prospective clients through sequences of cold calls and emails.
Schedule meetings between prospective clients and sales representatives.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies for self-sourced SQL deals.
Stay up-to-date with new products/ services, industry insights and the markets climate.
Follow all processes and procedures established to generate and develop lead opportunities.
Maintain and report regularly via company CRM such as lead status, activity and assignments.
Meet or exceed your assigned quota.
Core Skills & Requirements
Bachelors degree in sales, marketing, business or related field not required, but beneficial.
Minimum of 2 years of sales related experience.
Proficiency in the English language.
Experience with and proficiency in operational CRM systems of record, HubSpot is current Banyan CRM.
Proficiency and experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
Desire and aptitude to learn and engage with new technology.
Attention to detail and advance organizational skills necessary.

Self-starter, detail-oriented, results-driven, positive attitude and confident business approach.
Able to interact, communicate and present findings, recommendations, and opportunities.
Able to work independently or in a team.
Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Able to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Job Type: Full Time, In Office
