Description: Responsibilities: Relationship management - Manage customer relationships and act as the single point of contact for the account•Develop business and achieve revenue targets•Build and progress opportunities pipeline•Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing. •Work in close collaboration with presales team & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers' business and technology needs. Be responsible for the over health of the account.Qualifications: •3+ Years of Experience in managing customer relationships•8+ Years of experience in Information Technology Industry•Experience and good understanding of Banking and Capital Markets•Experience with business development planning, business development, and account growth •Led and supported activities such as customer engagement, proposal presentation, solution development for IT enterprise applications•Thorough command of English, both written and spoken.Years of experience required for position : 8+ Years Location for the position : Buffalo NY
