Essential Salesforce Functions:
  • Support user base with day-to-day troubleshooting requests
  • Monitors and ensures integrity of data through use of reports and dashboards
  • Imports, updates, manages, and cleans the data in Salesforce
  • Manages user-profiles and permissions based on their roles
  • Coordinate communication and data flow between various systems
  • Assist users with the development, creation, and scheduling of reports and dashboards
  • User Training and Adoption
  • Create technical documentation and user training documentation as-needed

Position Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or comparable experience with a similar CRM
  • Knowledge of various declarative Salesforce features, including Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
  • Exceptional written / oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform as a team player and work independently but collaboratively, and with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with keen attention-to-detail
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and retention skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of Apex or other C-family programming language
  • Knowledge of SOQL or other query language
  • Basic knowledge of data architecture and application architecture concepts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with DocuSign ESignature, DocuSign CLM, SpringCM, or similar
  • Familiarity with Pardot or similar email marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of basic information security concepts
