Description

Car Wash Customer Service Specialist (Call Center)

This role is a key member of our Car Wash team, mainly focusing on overall customer satisfaction and retention. We have 20+ car wash locations, so we are looking for someone who does well in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Description:
  • Working at the Car Wash's Corporate Office
  • Answer inbound calls from customers while ensuring efficient turnaround time with their questions/concerns
    • Handling and resolving customer complaints
    • Updating monthly memberships plans
    • Resolving customer concerns for membership plans
    • Responding to online reviews
    • Update/Remind customers of new promotions when applicable
  • Communicate with Site Managers and Company Management
  • Assisting with administrative functions if necessary
Environmental & Physical Requirements:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weights, or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
