Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Specialist to join our Car Wash team at Balise Auto.

Salary: $42,000 - $62,000 per year

Responsibilities
  1. Answer inbound calls from customers and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Work closely with Site Managers and Company Management to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  3. Assist with updating membership plans and resolving customer concerns related to these plans.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn product knowledge and upsell customers on services
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Ability to multitask
  • Previous call center experience preferred but not required
