Audit and evaluate policies and procedures to ensure that they comply with the appropriate statutes and regulations and that regulatory reporting requirements are met. Investigate and resolves compliance problems, questions, or complaints Lead or assist in development and implementation of tools and processes designed to increase employee awareness, efficiency, and understanding of compliance policies. Use independent judgment and creativity applied to resolution of contract issues. Interface with Business Unit management teams, Legal Department and mid-to senior level business area and corporate management Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field from an accredited college or equivalent experience is required. Experienced Professional Subcontract Administration or Subcontract Management Experience Must have prior CPSR support experience. Must possess strong government contracting skills along with knowledge of FAR, FAR Supplements, and SBA requirements. If you have been a BUYER and you also have Subcontract experience please apply. Must possess effective leadership, teamwork, organizational and presentation skills. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel, and must be able to work in a multi-task, fast-paced environment. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities are required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must be comfortable with some travel. Strong collaboration and negotiation skills are required.
