Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a Financial Operations Analyst to join our team on a temporary long-term project.


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare grant agreements in alignment with established policies and regulations.
- Facilitate the submission of grant agreements to relevant stakeholders and conduct follow-ups until completion.
- Maintain and update necessary documentation, including signature resolutions, ensuring accuracy in the Loan Grant Tracking System (LGTS).
- Assist with reporting in the Budget & Formulation Management System (BFM).


Compliance Monitoring:
This role includes supporting the oversight of grantee compliance with Executive Orders, ensuring adherence to specific conditions and fiscal agent requirements.


Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- At least four years of relevant professional experience.
- Familiarity with grants and contracts is essential.
- Experience with SHARE software is preferred.
