As a Building Compliance Analyst, your duties will encompass:
- Conducting thorough inspections of buildings and sites.
- Collaborating with various agencies for comprehensive investigations.

- Interpreting and enforcing building codes and regulations.
- Communicating compliance processes to property owners.
- Presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Implementing code compliance through appropriate citations.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with building codes, housing regulations, and zoning enforcement.
- Familiarity with pertinent laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Capability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
