Integrity Management Consulting is looking for a Configuration Management Analyst II to join our team in supporting critical operations within the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including program oversight, budget management, governance support, and system maintenance assistance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding of analytic methodologies and principles to effectively meet client requirements, employing analytical techniques to assess project goals and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document methodologies and system processes to ensure effective communication regarding VOIP systems among analysts and project team members.
  • Investigate and identify the most suitable handling and analysis techniques for new projects.
  • Assess datasets to ascertain if additional information is necessary from clients.
  • Utilize a solution-focused approach when engaging with clients.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of critical data and strategic plans using appropriate tools and software.
  • Participate in customer meetings as required.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in MS Word, MS Project, and Excel.

Education Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and training that equips the candidate with the necessary skills and competencies.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressively complex and relevant experience within Federal or DoD Business Systems.
  • Possession of an Active Secret, Top Secret, or Interim clearance is highly preferred.
