Job Summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a highly experienced Program Director to lead our team in support of the DISA Joint Service Provider Enterprise Transport Management (ETM) program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT program management, with a proven track record of delivering successful mission outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Provide full operational responsibility and accountability for the execution of the program, ensuring successful contract performance, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance.
  • Team Management: Manage efficient team performance to meet task, resource, and schedule requirements, overseeing all aspects of multiple projects/changes and workstreams.
  • Contract Management: Manage all contractual, technical, financial, and administration functions, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
  • Communication: Possess excellent writing ability and oral communication skills, briefing key stakeholders, Government clients, and senior leaders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (required), Master's degree in an IT-related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Ten or more years of IT program management experience, with five or more years of experience in a DoD environment.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional certification, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certification, and DoD 8570 Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II certification.
  • Clearance: DIA adjudicated clearance TS, SCI eligible.
