Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead the engineeringteam in the planning, development, and execution of PLC projects from inceptionto completion.

Coordinate withclients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectivesare achieved.

Develop and manageproject schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

System Design andImplementation:

Design and configurePLC systems to meet specific process requirements.

Develop and programPLC logic, HMI interfaces, and SCADA systems.

Implement and testsystem configurations, including hardware and software components.

Ensure compliancewith industry standards and client specifications.

TechnicalLeadership:

Provide technicalguidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

Conduct technicalreviews and ensure the quality of engineering deliverables.

Stay updated withthe latest advancements in PLC technology and industry trends.

Documentation andReporting:

Prepare detailedengineering documents, including design specifications, test protocols, anduser manuals.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science inElectrical Engineering or related engineering field.

Minimum of 8-10years of experience in PLC engineering, with a focus on design, programming,and commissioning.

Strong knowledge ofPLC systems from major manufacturers, e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, SchneiderElectric.

Proven experience inleading engineering projects and managing teams.

Excellentproblem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel asneeded for project requirements.

Nice to have, butnot required

Experience in themanufacturing, automotive, or food and beverage industries.

Familiarity withregulatory requirements and standards, such as OSHA, NFPA, and IEC.

Certification in PLCprogramming or related control systems.

Proficiency inrelated software tools and programming languages.
