Efficiency and Quality Control: To ensure that the mechanical/electrical works are executed efficiently within the target schedule in the best quality without material wastage. Compliance: To ensure the mechanical/electrical works are executed in compliance with local authorities that have jurisdiction over the discipline scope of work, such as KM, QCDD, Ooredoo, Health and Safety, and all standards applicable to the project like QCS and the project specifications. Policy Adherence: To ensure adherence to the relevant company's policies and procedures. Client Satisfaction: To ensure the satisfaction of the client, consultant, and main contractor and MEP project manager/CM always. Guidance: To guide the site engineers through the work activities management process throughout the duration of the project. Target Assignment: To assign specific targets to the various work activities. Planning and Allocation: To plan and allocate responsibilities to team members. Shop Drawing Approval: To review and approve mechanical/electrical shop drawings. Design Calculation Approval: To review and approve mechanical/electrical design calculations. Material Technical Submittals: To review and sign-off mechanical/electrical material technical submittals before issuance to the consultant. Material Requisitions: To review and sign-off material requisitions. Method Statements: To prepare a schedule of method statements and review and approve method statements in compliance with project specifications and budget.
