Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Proficiency in working with complex software, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook Familiarity with Sales Force, Smartsheet, and SAP FIT is a bonus Previous engagement within the healthcare industry Background in implementation coordination A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or life science is preferred Strong interest in project management and commercial operations

Key Responsibilities

Tracking and managing installations and initial orders to effectively address back-ordered products

Conducting Project Closure tasks such as submitting start-up credits, handling analyzer removal, and communicating project closure updates

Assisting Project Managers in achieving business goals and ensuring exceptional customer experiences
