This role works to coordinate implementation processes of third party administrators (TPAs) and employer groups on behalf of the organization. The incumbent will be tasked with the data entry of contracts into required systems while looking to maintain an effective working relationships with both internal and external client bases.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Coordinate implementation processes of TPAs and employer groups on behalf of the organization.
2. Completes data entry of contracts into required systems.
3. Maintain and update implementation documentation as required.
4. Schedule and coordinate all meetings necessary throughout the implementation process.
5. Work to identify implementation challenges and solutions to ensure existing processes maintain and exceed company standards.
6. Aid in the training of new brokers on respective systems and portals.
7. Customize and distribute implementation material (guides, etc.) on behalf of respective customers/clients.
8. Aid in the resolution of both TPA and client/group level issues as they occur.
9. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, and HITRUST regulations and requirements.
11. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE:

The incumbent works independently under general supervision. Work performed on a day-to-day basis may often be varied and complex in nature. The incumbent may regular interface amongst all levels of both internal and external contacts in the execution of their daily responsibilities.
