Manufacturing & Operations **Stratasys is the largest 3D printing solutions company in the world.** We are looking for a Tactical Buyer Team located in Kiryat Gat. **Job description / field of activity:** Responsibility for all ongoing tactical procurement activities, including: Management of purchase orders from the order issuance stage to the fulfillment of payment (inclusive) Management of all current supplies of raw materials, components and sub-assemblies for the production and assembly lines Scoring suppliers and participation in QBR where required Plan periodic supplier visits to improve the modus operandi together as well as optimize the needs for our production floor/ Operations Defining work processes and leading continuous improvements for the Team and Operations. Responsibility for handling escalations and managing issues with suppliers Manage escalation processes and resolution of crises with suppliers whilst keeping your internal stakeholders informed In-depth knowledge and understanding of production plans, its impact on the whole Supply Chain, and how to communicate this plan to suppliers Manage day to day work activities to ensure timely deliveries by suppliers in order to meet production plans . Interfaces: Working with internal stakeholders in the company (Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Sourcing, Supply Chain group & Finance) and with all the company's suppliers. **Requirements:** Education: Compulsory - Bachelor's degree (advantage for undergraduates in Logistics or Industrial Engineering & Management) At least 3 years of experience in purchasing and managing supplies Ability to work with two managers and maintain a good working relationships between the Sourcing team and the local Supply Chain team Understanding and familiarity with operational processes in manufacturing companies In-depth understanding of planning and procurement processes Experience in Contract Management and a commercial background - an advantage . In-depth knowledge of ERP system; Oracle - an advantage High command of English Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diversity of cultures, inside and outside the company, in Israel and abroad
