We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. We are looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Retail Front Desk Associate.
Job Summary: As a Customer Service & Retail Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in-person and over the phone. Your primary responsibilities include managing the front desk, assisting customers with their inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers leave satisfied with the services we provide.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and needs. - Schedule appointments for tire services, maintenance, and repairs. - Handle incoming calls, provide information about our services, and route calls as necessary. - Process transactions, including payments, returns, and exchanges. - Maintain a clean and organized front desk and retail area. - Assist in managing inventory for the retail section, including restocking products. - Provide basic product knowledge to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. - Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and work to resolve them promptly. - Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery. - Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the shop’s daily operations.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. - Basic knowledge of automotive services or a willingness to learn.- Proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale systems. - A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
