As a Marketing Specialist, you'll get to work with our media team to strategize, implement, optimize, and report on paid advertising campaigns across various physical and digital marketing mediums.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll assist with defining measurable strategies to meet specific campaign objectives.
You'll work closely with the rest of the Media Team and our partners to identify and explore opportunities for greater impact.
You'll be responsible for initiating, strategizing, implementing, optimizing & reporting on paid advertising campaigns across various physical and digital marketing mediums.
MUST-HAVES
Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google Ad, Spotify, CTV, etc.
Ability to brainstorm creative ideas/concepts for campaigns
Ability to manage people, including motivating others and offering sound decision-making, and giving direction
Ability to analyze data and connect the dots, making the necessary strategic adjustments for future campaigns
Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
Experience with SEM and SEO
High level of communication skills
Highly organized, detail and solution-oriented
Proficient in Google Drive/Docs
NICE-TO-HAVES
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communication or public relations.
Experience with digital marketing initiatives such as text campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing.
Certified in Google Ads and Google Analytics
Certified in Facebook Ads
Knowledge of Elevation Church
Continued education in digital marketing
