Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely delivery of objectives related to Assortment creation.
Assist the Category Assort Lead in customizing Division Assortments tailored to each market, incorporating regional/local products while adhering to national guidelines.
Adapt Division Assortments down to cluster and/or set size levels.
Collaborate with local ASM's to review Division Assortments.

Support the Category Assort Lead in recognizing store space constraints on shelves and devise innovative solutions to meet company goals.

Report data discrepancies to the relevant parties for resolution.
Provide Assortment analytics to supporting departments.

Work alongside Schematic Analyst I to verify that all items are present in the set room and assist with setup/takedown as needed.


Qualifications:
Preferred knowledge of non-perishable/perishable products and merchandising experience in a supermarket environment.
Familiarity with product resets and the ability to interpret planograms is essential.
Proficient PC skills (preferably with Microsoft Office and Excel).
Experience with JDA is advantageous.
Strong analytical abilities to address business challenges.
Team-oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Customer service-focused with a positive attitude in all circumstances.
Demonstrated urgency, energy, and attention to detail.
Integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality are crucial.

Ability to recognize the evolving dynamics of the grocery sector and identify opportunities for synergy and integration across various business areas.

Able to adapt effectively to change.

This position is office-based.
