VP Global Brand Marketing - Wrangler

We are looking to add a proven global leader with ability to create and manage breakthrough marketing strategies and initiatives, that deliver step-change in growth, while meeting annual revenue and profitability goals through increasing brand equity. Leads global brand vision, strategy, marketing asset management, global agency relationship, execution, brand health, demand creation, consumer engagement across channels, and marketing talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for global Brand vision, strategy, DNA, brand book, brand playbooks, , marketing assets supporting desired brand experience
  • Responsible for Brand global 360 toolkits that deliver step-change growth in the regions
  • Deliver creative Strategy and global creative direction
  • Identifying and developing global platforms and big brand stories
  • Manage brand health goals & actions and MROI
  • Build multi-dimensional, integrated demand creation efforts that integrate transactional and experiential, social and paid and earned marketing tools to deliver on revenue and profit goals
  • Support consumer acquisition and engagement across channels
  • Drive Go To Market marketing calendar and integrated marketing plan with a heavy lean to digital investment and growth.
  • Drive consistent brand approach that heightens opportunities for relevance.
  • Unify brand and product demand creation: Must balance need for seasonal product marketing that drives sell-thru and ongoing efforts to build brand love
  • Design and execute Social Media and Influencer Strategy in partnership with regions
  • Campaign strategy, creative briefs and global asset creation for desired consumer experiences of brand with Design and other stakeholders.
  • Own and manage global agency relationships
  • Own Budget management and allocation, MROI effectiveness and efficiency, investment management, media spending optimization
  • Responsible for Marketing resourcing and talent management ensuring talent arena is maximized by supporting employee professional growth and continuously reviews and succession plans to avoid gaps in key positions
  • Lead/manage global team across region
