Linchris is looking to bring on a new Human Resources Manager. We are looking for a candidate with five to ten plus years of human resources experience who comes with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field. One must have a strong knowledge of state and federal employment law, employee relations, compensation review. The ideal candidate will come out of the service industry and have experience leading an HR team where there is high volume hiring going on (upwards of 500 people a year). The ideal candidate will need be detail oriented and organized. There would be a team of 8-9 people reporting to this individual. Oversees the implementation and administration of Human Resources policies and practices Leads the development of department goals, objectives and systems Establishes and leads staffing practices and procedures to recruit and retain an effective workforce Ensure optimal staffing levels at all company worksites Addresses issues such as succession planning, workforce development, key employee retention Develops and implements basic and in-service training for offsite employees Development of initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs, including on-the-job operational training, department special training, management development, new hire orientation and on boarding Plans, develops, implements, and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company Develops and implements compensation strategies and structures Ensures the provisions of cost-effective benefits plan; monitor benefits for cost savings Develops, implements, and ensures the application of (end enforcement of) policies, regulations, and

standards relating to occupational health and safety. Conducts disciplinary/termination meetings Make necessary changes in company employee database Approve and sign-off on all new hire files Manage and oversee annual/90-day performance evaluations Oversee and manage benefits open enrollment period Schedules bi-annual audit on confidential files for all properties Bi-annual audit on I-9 documents for all properties Review site specific requirements

for compliance Review and update employee handbook Review Leave of Absence requests Manage Unemployment/Worker’s Compensation Oversees and manages FMLA requests and other leaves Manages and/or conducts internal (employee) investigations of allegations of misconduct Determines and imposes employee discipline in accordance with company policy and practice Develops strong working relationships with other executives, management, staff, and provides advice, guidance, and coaching as needed Reviews and submits payroll for corporate office after prepared by regional HR. Receives Guest and Property Damage incident reports and follows up with properties-coordinates any follow up necessary Receives all legal correspondence and distributes to appropriate parties and follows up for compliance Participate in the ESG Committee initiatives Prepare employee turnover and rate change reports for executives Queen Bee of Beekeeper (employee communication tool)-Report participation to executive team, weekly posting

to hotels, track GM PTO requests Coordinate the preparation and printing of the Insider (company newsletter) H2B and J1 Coordination with participating hotels and regional HR
