Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide NavDesk subject matter expertise for the Sales team including guidance and support on escalated issue resolution requirements.
  • Responsible for the implementation of allocations into TABS.
  • Validate changes and accuracy of all price load files for NavDesk and notify management if errors are found.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities for NavDesk platform including product testing and managing backlog items.
  • Oversee process mapping and ensure all process documents are current while identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Pricing and Customer Support teams to ensure all contracts are invoiced accurately.
  • Provide analytical and project support to the management team as needed.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting to management and sales team as needed.
  • Assist with the training and onboarding of new hires for the NavDesk team.
  • Receive and handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about market and NYMEX contract price differentials.
  • Provide support to Pricing Analyst as a backup to nightly price send as needed.
  • Establish consultative relationship with customers through knowledge of NYMEX and energy markets and world conditions impacting energy prices.
  • Consult with customers on forward NYMEX purchases and specific risk management NavDesk offers.
  • Request execution of customer's NYMEX contract purchases through the internal Risk Management trade desk.
Your Skills:
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team and independently, network, and build relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both in person and over the phone.
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills; with keen outside the box thinking.
  • Curious mindset invested in understanding workflows, roles, business lines, etc.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Your Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience working as an Analyst and/or Sales experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (create, populate, update)
