Responsibilities

TOI is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and strategic Sr. Manager to lead core FP&A initiatives.

In partnership with other finance leaders, drive annual budget and quarterly forecast process using excel based budget and forecast models.

Manage analyst(s), including training on best practices and providing mentorship to support their growth, overseeing and reviewing work, and driving accountability.

In partnership with the rest of the FP&A team, complete monthly variance analyses to compare actual results to budget and package analysis for leadership review.

Lead monthly financial review meetings with P&L owners across the company.

Partner with P&L owners to evaluate the economics of strategic initiatives for their area, including preparing analyses and reports.

Prepare routine and ad hoc reports and analyses to present to executives and investors.

Regularly review FP&A team processes to ensure processes are efficient, as automated as possible, and scalable.

Experience, Education, and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

5-7 years of experience in FP&A or related roles required, and at least 3 years of experience in a healthcare organization is preferred.

Experience in a leadership role overseeing a team is preferred.

A strategic thinker and tactical executor who can move an idea from concept to reality.

Strong executive presentation and communication skills.

Experience with some or all of the following areas is preferred: managed care, Rx analytics, capitation and risk management analytics, medical cost and revenue analytics, and CMS reimbursement programs.

Possess a willingness to learn, take initiative, and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary environment.

Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methods (rev codes, CPT, RVU), CMS fee schedules, and HIPAA is preferred.

Strong proficiency with Excel and PPT required; experience with Power BI, Sage (ERP), SQL server tools, EMR/EHR systems, and RCM systems is a plus.
