Constellation Health Services seeks an experienced Healthcare Recruiterl who has experience recruiting clinicians for home health & hospice. This person will need to be able to proactively source, recruit, and attract well-qualified RN's, LPN's, OT's, PT's, SLP's and various other clinical professionals. This individual will need to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders built on trust, credibility and a history of achieving results focused on creating positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to fill required positions.
  • Building relationships with hiring managers to determine hiring needs, execute effective recruiting strategies and provide a source of support and knowledge to the business on talent acquisition related activities.
  • Perform full-cycle recruitment for required positions including sourcing, prescreening, interview scheduling, etc.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting, build networks to find qualified passive candidates, and post openings.
  • Leverage the use of all recruitment channels, including internal and external resources and all potential candidate touch points such as social media, employee referral programs, alumni networks and professional associations.
Qualifications:
  • The ability to apply a skilled and savvy recruitment approach that will help find, attract and hire qualified healthcare professionals as well as strong relationship and rapport-building skills.
  • Previous experience recruiting for home health or hospice is required.
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certified Health Care Recruiter or SHRM preferred.
  • Expert knowledge and utilization of Indeed, LinkedIn and social media for recruiting candidates.
  • Experience utilizing various applicant tracking software and recruiting tools.
