This role requires close interaction with the production department to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate invoicing.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with ERP/MRP software.

- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
