To that end, our Account Managers will plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. The account manager will work a portfolio of clients, from museums and galleries to private collectors.
Note: Hybrid opportunity in Arlington, TX
The Successful Candidate Will:
Providing timely, professional responses to client inquiries
Building long term client relationships by providing World-Class customer service
Overseeing the successful fulfillment of client requests
To accomplish these goals, the Account Manager is responsible for:
Identifying and communicating services that fit the customer’s needs
Preparing and delivering timely and accurate quotes to clients
Following up on outstanding quotes
Coordinate internal resources to complete client projects with efficiency and accuracy
Managing client expectations
Following up with clients to ensure needs are met.
Increasing monthly revenue through offering additional services to existing account relationships
Gathering and sharing customer feedback with management
Skills and Behaviors:
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Deep experience in transportation related services
Ability to quickly learn and implement processes
To accurately manage a high volume of detailed information in a: CRM, job quotation software, and with the creation of work orders.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively and efficiently
Excellent listening
Strong verbal and written communication skills
