RouteOptix, part of Routeware Global, serves a number of vertical markets within the waste management sector and provides customer management, routing, mapping, billing & A/R software including integration to Android devices. Our company is growing and we are seeking a customer-service-oriented individual to join our team.

**POSITION OVERVIEW:**

We have an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, customer-service-focused, and results-oriented team player. In this impactful role, you will work with a small tight-knit team that is part of a stable and successful global company. This position will require strong initiative, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Comprehensive user support with the ability to meet customer service deliverables and consistently exceed customer expectations.

* Contribute to the overall success of the company by leading by example and sharing best practices.

* Communicating and collaboration with team members at all levels of the organization

* Excellent active listening skills to understand and resolve customer issues.

* Ability to research, gather information and create solutions.

* A strong understanding of technology and the ability to learn quickly to understand the nuances of each vertical market.

* Organizing and coordinating schedules.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Minimum of 3 years prior experience in customer service, preferably in software support.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

* Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Suite, desktop applications, database software, and spreadsheets.

* Deadline-driven with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload.

* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

* Highly organized and with strong attention to detail.

* Billing software experience preferred.

* Understanding of the Waste Industry preferred.

* Occasional travel may be required.

* Bilingual (French or Spanish) a plus.
