The Project Manager is responsible for facilitating, planning, driving, and monitoring the progress of multiple projects to ensure that the projects are completed in a timely manner and within the established budget. How you will make an impact: Defining project objectives and scope, analyzing existing processes and procedures, and recommending solutions Estimating timelines and resources needed for tasks and working with teams to establish completion timeframes and overall schedules Maintain a complete understanding of construction documents and specifications for respective projects. Maintain an understanding of all owner/architectural directives and changes. Review submittals and shop drawings. Oversees acceptance/turnover of all construction work within the community and archive all documentation. What you will need:

Communicating project status to the team and leadership. Minimum of five years’ experience as a Facilities Coordinator/Department Manager of General Services (Facilities Operations) or experience in multi-unit residential or commercial facilities. Minimum of three years’ experience reading, revising, and interpreting construction documents including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) and shop drawings. Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent Project managing software. Experience with creating, allocating, and managing the budget. Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal skills. Must possess an ability to effectively interface with various contractors and all stakeholders. Troubleshooting any issues with effective solutions, and have the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Minimum 10 Hour OSHA training preferred, must be completed after 1 year of hire. Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office: Word and Excel).
