Zantech is seeking a skilled Program Manager to facilitate our upcoming initiatives.

The Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all facets of program management, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, within budgetary constraints, and meet established quality standards. The PM will lead personnel, provide guidance, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure timely submission of all required deliverables.

This position is essential for the effective management and execution of programs, supporting the overarching mission and objectives of the organization through adept program management and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personnel Management:

  • Oversee team members in their respective roles.
  • Provide clear instructions to ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and assign tasks effectively.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed and submitted as required.

2. Financial Oversight:

  • Assist in managing portfolio acquisition activities, including data collection and investment management.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant acquisition policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for financial management, including budget analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation and justification of budgets, as well as program planning.
  • Analyze financial obligations and expenditures, maintaining accurate forecasts and status reports.

3. Risk Management:

  • Support risk management processes, including identification, mitigation planning, and reporting.
  • Assist in requirements management and performance monitoring.
  • Help develop risk management plans and implement document control procedures.

4. Program and Project Coordination:

  • Support program and project management efforts, including planning and performance monitoring.
  • Assist in developing and updating life cycle management processes.
  • Document meetings and project reviews to capture essential data and information.
  • Facilitate regular project management reviews and follow-up actions.

5. Communication and Engagement:

  • Provide communication across various stakeholder groups, including executive announcements and information sharing.
  • Support customer relationship management to enhance interactions with other agencies.
  • Facilitate ongoing engagement activities and assist in drafting communication plans for external stakeholders.

6. Acquisition Support:

  • Assist with acquisition and procurement processes, including pre- and post-award activities.
  • Support the formulation of acquisition strategies and documentation development.
  • Track milestones and timelines to meet acquisition objectives.

7. Asset Management:

  • Support logistics and asset management activities, including maintaining the Integrated Logistics Support Plan.
  • Analyze user requirements to provide critical data for project planning.
  • Maintain processes for the accountability of IT assets.
  • Assist with inventory activities and workstation setups.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in program management, preferably in a government or defense context.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with government acquisition policies and procedures.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with government program management systems.
  • Advanced certifications in program or project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Security Clearance:

  • Must pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
