Position Summary:

The GRC Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of GRC projects within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage GRC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Experience leading, and managing Physical Security GRC Functions.
  • Support quality programs within Global Physical Security GRC.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Support CAPA Management and Reporting.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviews.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and stored appropriately.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of GRC controls and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommended actions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in GRC project management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in GRC, cybersecurity, or a related domain.
  • Strong knowledge of GRC frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOX).
  • Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
  • Past experience in Data Center Physical Security is a big plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience conducting audits and preparing audit reports.
  • Familiarity with audit methodologies and best practices.
  • PMP, CISM, CRISC, or similar certification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
