Job Announcement
Power Technique North America LLC has an opening for a Customer Success Manager - Power to perform the following duties: Drive sustainable profitable growth with major key accounts by driving customer experience to be “first in mind, first in choice” and by controlling profitability of the mix of power and light products including portable gasoline generators, mobile diesel generators, energy storage systems and portable light towers. Drive commercial / pricing strategy in coordination with Business Line Managers. Transform day-to-day business operations and training materials to digital platforms. Provide reporting as needed to give transparency for customers into business processes, including order status tracking by using the company’s ERP system (SAP) and Power BI. Maintain customer contacts and communication inputs and work with the local team for customer success. Improve the market position and competitive situation of the company by suggesting improvements to the Atlas Copco products based on knowledge and field research. Plan seasonal equipment and service requirements with customers and serve as an expeditor for customer orders by making use of Power BI tools and SAP system. Facilitate response to specific customer requests with internal departments and manage control functions to meet and/or exceed customer expectations. Plan and provide product & sales training about customer’s fleet of diesel generators, gasoline generators, diesel and electric light towers, and diesel/electric air compressors. Implement initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiencies through negotiation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Plan customer-specific marketing strategies, actions, promotions, and business planning and forecasts. Engage the marketing team to improve the division’s digital communication channels and methods of reaching customers, including improving the company’s digital presence, specifically to improve the customer experience in accessing on-line digital manuals, requests for quotations, product information, etc. Requires approximately 60% domestic and international travel to various locations that cannot be anticipated.
To succeed, you will need
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in engineering, sales, marketing or related field; plus 2 years of experience as a product marketing manager, product manager, product marketing engineer in power products or in technical sales, product marketing, business development management, or business line management in power products and demonstrated experience in: SAP ERP, Power products including diesel and gasoline generators, light towers, and energy storage systems, Air compressors, Good understanding of different success factors in sales strategy, customer buying cycle and ability to translate this into a solid sales process plan.
