*This is a hybrid opportunity that requires you to work onsite two days per week* The Contract Administrator will report to the Director of Contracts and support internal and external customers in the day-to-day administration of company prime contracts and subcontract agreements according to the company policies and procedures, legal requirements, and customer/contract specifications. The ideal candidate must have cradle-to-grave experience in administering federal government prime contracts. Experience with subcontracts is a huge plus, but it's not required to be considered for this role. Required Skills and Responsibilities: Experience administering Cost-reimbursable (i.e., CPFF, CPIF, CPAF) , Time and Material (T&M), and Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) type contracts with the U.S. Government, Department of Defense, in a research and development or production environment. Comprehensive knowledge of government contracting policies that include the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS). Experience reviewing contractual terms and conditions and preparing analysis for positions on negotiations. Interact regularly with Programs Managers to support and resolve any contractual needs or issues and to ensure contract compliance. Support program subcontracting and consultant needs, complying with company and federal purchasing policies and requirements. Familiarity with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) and performing subcontractor proposal analyses and justifications is a plus. Process and negotiate Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreements. Maintain internal company contractual records and databases. Analyze financial reports and technical documents to ensure contractual compliance and schedule. Must be organized, detail-oriented, demonstrate strong time management and critical thinking skills, and coordinate and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Must pay attention to detail to spot inconsistencies in contracts and the ability to advise and interpret contractual requirements. Ability to work productively independently and as part of a team to meet project objectives within designated timelines.
