In this role, you will provide both customer and financial information to support the sales process by assisting with the development of RFP's, keep sales department records, assist in contract documentation, implementation, and financial reporting. Your duties will include pulling customer related information, coordinating the RFP process, scheduling appointments, and working collaboratively with other internal teams during the sales and implementation process. You may also be required to perform internet searches for information that could be useful to the sales team.To ensure success, the sales support coordinator should have related experience and demonstrable administrative expertise. Outstanding sales support administrators assist sales teams in such a way that it allows them to assist with reaching sales targets while balancing administrative duties.To be a successful sales coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Responsibilities:Pulling accurate and timely information from our back-office systems to support our 21 sales process.Keeping track of the sales team's communication with customers and documentation within our tools.Pulling weekly financials and reporting requirements for the Strategic Sales team.Coordinating various implementation activities as required in a timely manner.Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.Helping the Strategic Sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.Maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information.Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages in a time sensitive manner.Preparing and filing sales contracts and agreements.Requirements:Demonstrable experience in sales support administration, or similar.Proficiency in MSOfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.Education:An associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or a related field preferred.
