About the Opportunity

Our Advisory team is looking for a bright, well-organized Advisory Operations Specialist – who understands the workings of an independent broker-dealer – to join our team.
Responsibilities
Establish advisory accounts on internal and external platforms.
Assist IARs with client account related questions and challenges.
Process asset movement requests; including account transfers, ACHs, and check requests.
Provide advisory platform and custodian training to IARs and their staff members.
Collaborate with other IFG teams to on-board new IARs.
Qualifications
Experience in the financial services industry, and a general understanding of investment-related products.
FINRA series 65 at a minimum is required.
Series 7 and 66 preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire)
Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
Exceptional active listening and customer service skills
Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
