**About the Opportunity**
Do you have an exceptional attention to detail? Our Advisory team is looking for a bright, well-organized Advisory Operations Specialist - who understands the workings of an independent broker-dealer - to join our team.
**Responsibilities**
- Establish advisory accounts on internal and external platforms.
- Assist IARs with client account related questions and challenges.
- Process asset movement requests; including account transfers, ACHs, and check requests.
- Provide advisory platform and custodian training to IARs and their staff members.
- Collaborate with other IFG teams to on-board new IARs.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in the financial services industry, and a general understanding of investment-related products.
- FINRA series 65 at a minimum is required.
- Series 7 and 66 preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire)
- Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task with mínimal supervision
- Exceptional active listening and customer service skills
- Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
