Centura Wealth Advisory is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People & Culture team. This role requires you to have the ability to work on different positions and projects simultaneously. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical hands-on role in the firm’s growth and development.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
The key areas of responsibility include:

- Proactively, generates, attracts, and acquires top talent by creating targeted external recruitment strategies using job boards, social media, resume databases, internal database (ATS, CRM), career fairs, and hiring events.
- Schedules hiring manager and hiring team interviews and obtains interviewer feedback, providing recommendations for hiring best practices.
- Advises hiring teams and stakeholders on recruitment process, policies, technology, talent insights, and best practices in partnership with Director of People & Culture.
- Communicates with stakeholders to consistently provide updates and to ensure team and process alignment with business needs and priorities.
- Tracks TA recruitment metrics and presents to Director of People & Culture on a weekly basis.
- Assists hiring managers create job descriptions from standardized templates, consult on best practices, and open new requisitions in ATS.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Additional Success Factors**:
You will need to be comfortable with taking ownership of projects and executing them or seek assistance when required to deliver desired results. The role will also require documenting certain operational processes clearly in an ongoing effort to institutionalize all operations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Experience**:

- 2+ years of recruiting experience, financial services preferred.
- Proficient with the following software programs:

- Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint - required.
- Salesforce - preferred
- Predictive Index
- preferred
- Experienced in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably ClearCo.
