Job Description:

As a Financial Planner at AlphaCore Wealth Advisory, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining financial plans for our Wealth Advisor team. Your responsibilities will include retaining and growing client relationships through high-touch service, developing comprehensive financial plans, and collaborating with tax and legal advisors to address complex client needs. Additionally, you will work closely with the investment team to construct portfolios aligned with clients' long-term goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients.
  • Collaborate with clients' tax and legal advisors to address complex financial needs.
  • Construct investment portfolios that align with clients' long-term objectives.
  • Retain and grow client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
  • Embrace and uphold AlphaCore's seven core values in all interactions and decision-making.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of investment and wealth advisory products and services.
  • Effectively communicate and present financial proposals to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management protocols.
  • Successfully complete Series 65 or Series 66 exam if not already certified.


Qualifications:

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and proficiency with related tools.
  • Strong relationship management skills and credibility to make persuasive recommendations to sophisticated, high-net-worth clients.
  • Developed investment knowledge and expertise with a deep understanding of financial markets.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing professional proposals and presentations.
  • Sound knowledge of operations, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • No history of securities regulation violations or pending proceedings.


Employment Type:

This is a full-time position that requires you to work in the office five days per week. We believe that being present in the office fosters collaboration and supports our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
