You will be performing a vital role in support of the largest research and education network in the state of Alabama

How a Business/Finance Analyst Will Make An Impact

Close collaboration with co-workers and customer, Alabama Supercomputer Authority (ASA) Creation and delivery of small cost proposals for client service changes Tracking, creation, and delivery of client service renewal quotes and agreements Ongoing maintenance of client service cost, revenue, and service level records Assisting other team members in E-rate processes (applying for funding and reimbursement) Ad-hoc projects as they arise

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

Education: BA/BS in Business Administration or related field, or the equivalent combination of work experience Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience Required Technical Skills: Excel Security Clearance Level: None Required Skills and Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, basic understanding of accounting Preferred Skills: Strong business acumen, advanced Excel & VBA skills, experience with costing and pricing services, ability to compile and reconcile data from multiple sources, ability and eagerness to learn new concepts, ability to interpret technical specification documents, data entry experience US Citizenship Required
