Responsibilities: Maximize vacation experiences by utilizing sales techniques to sell additional vacation enhancements, such as - room upgrades, additional nights, attraction tickets and new promotional vacations Effectively resolve guest issues by actively listening to their concerns, provide solutions and overcome objections Be the subject matter expert and have a thorough understanding of our vacation offers, destinations, details of participation and changes Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude with guests and peers What are we looking for?
