As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will:

  • Own the first impression
  • Smile often

  • Answer incoming calls from patients, doctors and other health care facilities in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet and assist anyone who enters the clinic
  • Check patients in and out for their scheduled appointments
  • Collect and post payments to the patient accounts
  • Update insurance information and personal data in the patient’s chart
  • Follow scheduling guidelines for our clinics
  • Maintain inventory of office forms and supplies (water, coffee, etc)
  • Work closely with support staff to ensure that our patient’s needs are met
  • Helping in other areas of the office as needed
