Novinium is searching for an Employee Communications Specialist committed to keeping employees connected and in the loop in our fast paced, high growth organization. This individual will develop materials such as employee newsletters, videos, online updates and face-to-face communication and work closely with the CHRO and Marketing on all employee communication initiatives

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write and edit communications including employee newsletters, announcements, and presentations
  • Plan and help leadership execute regular all-hands meetings, town halls, and other employee programs - both live and virtual
  • Design graphics for communication media and presentations, including icons, logos, and charts
  • Manage communication content for employee portals and intranets
  • Interact with multiple departments and functions throughout the company
  • Monitor the effectiveness of our internal communication efforts and recommend areas for improvement
Skills & Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Two or more years' experience in communications, with an emphasis on internal/employee communication programs
  • Strong writing and content development skills (with samples to share)
  • Excellent creative and visual skills, including graphic design experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word and graphic design tools such as PhotoShop and Illustrator
  • Overall understanding of how a growing companies achieve their business goals
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple programs required
  • Strong interpersonal skills required
