- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service oriented manner.
- Be able to perform all duties of Front Desk Agent.
- Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
- Monitor all special guest requests.
- Set the standard for guest relations at the front desk.
- Fully comprehend and execute all relevant phases of the front desk computer system.
- Oversee and ensure that all guests are checked in/out in a friendly efficient and courteous manner.
- Answer all guest inquiries in a timely and professional nature.
- Assist in training of new hires and current associates on a regular basis.
- Performing any other duties assigned.
- Min 2 years of previous hotel front desk experience.
- FOSSE experience required.
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
- Marriott experience required.
- Excellent communications skills to relate to guests, associates and vendors.
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
- Must be effective at listening to understanding and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.
- Ability to train associates to perform effectively.
- $15 - $16.50 per hour. Depending on experience.
