Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Assurance Manager at Texas Injection Molding in Houston, TX. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet or exceed established quality standards. They will develop and implement quality control plans, conduct inspections and tests, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement. The Quality Assurance Manager will also be responsible for managing the quality assurance team and collaborating with other departments to ensure overall quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices Experience in managing quality assurance processes and teams Proficient in conducting inspections and tests Ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in injection molding Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
