Job Summary

Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will develop, implement, and maintain a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's processes. The position will be remote work and fold into the legal department; the travel requirements will be at least two trips a month to branch locations.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that services meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability.
  • Communicates quality standards and parameters to the field operators and business development team.
  • Coordinates and conducts testing.
  • Identifies and analyzes deficiencies and drafts reports based on branch and other audits.
  • Works with other members of the legal department to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
